I found this recipe last night. I used 1/3 the recommended amounts resulting in about 1/2 cup of Marinade. I put this in a bag with two 5 ounce tenderloins for about 1/2 hour, periodically kneading the ingredients.
You may want to moderate the lemon juice according to my wife but regardless we both thought i t was great.

Interesting. I’ll have try that out. My go to marinade for steaks is Italian dressing, overnight.

One solution to speed up the marinading process:

PS - I added a teaspoon of ground garlic and a shot of Sriracha sauce that were optional on the recipe .

PS - I did a simple stir with a spoon. I did not use a blender.

If you need to put all of that seasoning on your steak, it means you bought a shitty steak. A better process:
Buy good steak. Sprinkle a little salt & pepper on each side. Cook to preference.
That’s it.

And just like that, the steak that arrived from Instacart today will have some new clothes before execution tonight.

Understood, my favorite alternative is Paul Prudhomme’s meat magic
